SHIPPING POLICY
At Nura The Label, we are thrilled to share our collections with customers worldwide
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Since we ship globally to bring you the best pieces, standard international shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please not that unexpected customs delays may occasionally occur.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Nura The Label pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
